A true OC native, David explored the world but came home to SoCal in 2016 — and hasn't looked back. He began investing in real estate in 2009 and quickly became obsessed with building equity and growing wealth through the housing market. He earned his real estate license in 2019 so he could help others do the same.
Before real estate, David spent 16 years in international non-profit work with orphans and foster children worldwide. As Russia Director, he built after-school and job-training programs and empowered local volunteers to lead them. He also led the organization's marketing efforts — developing campaigns, growing brand awareness, and communicating mission-driven stories to audiences around the world. That same creativity and strategic thinking now powers the way he markets his clients' homes.
